Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the governing body of AbilityPath, accepting fiscal and legal authority for the organization.  The board is responsible for overseeing AbilityPath’s activities, and meets a minimum of five times per year. The board offers guidance and oversight of AbilityPath’s mission and strategic goals, while staff are responsible for the implementation. Board members serve two 3-year terms and are eligible for a third 3-year term.
