Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Better Together, Better with YOU
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are staff-led spaces for shared learning, community building and service and retention. These groups typically meet on a monthly basis or based on the schedules and availability of facilitators.
Anti-Racist ERG – a white affinity space
Purpose: For white employees who would like accountability towards doing the work of unpacking white privilege and learning about the impacts of white supremacy, racist systems, and how to be actively anti-racist.
BIPOC ERG – an affinity space for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC)
Purpose: For BIPOC employees to come together monthly to join in education, storytelling, reflection, joy cultivation and community building.
RainbowPath ERG – an LGBTQ+ affinity space
Purpose: For LGBTQ+ employees who would like to engage in group activities and discuss educational topics and social issues related to the LGBTQ+ community.
