Human Resources Manager
Amanda joined AbilityPath in 2014 as an Administrative Coordinator supporting the main office in Redwood Shores. She then spent several months working with the Children’s Therapy Services team as a Children’s Services Coordinator before being promoted to a role on the Human Resources Team. In her current role, she supports employees at all levels of the organization in the areas of benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. Amanda is a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at AbilityPath and is passionate about and committed to the on-going initiatives to make our organization a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive place for all employees and the community we serve.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time at the beach, and quality time with her family and dog.
