Cynthia has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup, followed by the Real Estate Private Funds Group at Credit Suisse First Boston. In 2006, she joined Park Hill Real Estate, a newly formed private capital advisory business at Blackstone. Based in New York, she spent nine years focused on advising real estate companies on various capital raising and other strategic initiatives. Prior to rejoining Park Hill Real Estate Group in 2020, Cynthia spent five years with real estate private equity firm Crow Holdings Capital as a Director of Business Development.

Cynthia received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. She resides in Hillsborough with her husband, Sean, and their two little boys. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys music, travel, design, and outdoor adventures of all kinds.
