Erin Montgomery enthusiastically joined AbilityPath in 2010, making the switch from Silicon Valley high tech to not for profit. Erin was looking for an opportunity to give back to her community and AbilityPath has proven to be a rewarding experience. Erin comes from a family of educators and shares core values with AbilityPath’s mission. Erin has 15 years of leadership experience in human resources, project management, and administration. Prior to joining AbilityPath, Erin worked in human resources for several successful start-up tech companies including IntApp, data solutions services for legal industry, and Simple Star, one of the early visual social networking platforms in San Francisco. Erin’s earlier work in software was with QuadraMed as an Implementation Project Coordinator. Erin earned a B.A. from University of California Santa Cruz and worked with several not for profit organizations as a young adult.
As the VP of Human Resources Erin is proud to lead the organization’s HR function and mission of “Turning Disabilities Into Possibilities”. Our employees are the core of who we are and demonstrate dedicated passion for our clients and community programs every day. Erin is a strong advocate for AbilityPath’s impact in the community and her role is to provide a supportive work environment for our amazing team.
