Before joining the organization, Grace was a Head Teacher for over 7 years with the yearning to grow and develop her skills. She joined AbilityPath in August 2020 as the Center Director for Learning Links in Palo Alto. She started in Learning Links Mountain View to oversee and support the center until Palo Alto was ready to re-open in February. While training in Mountain View, Grace was able to immerse herself in the culture and cultivate into a leadership role. For Grace, she has the best of both worlds; she can grow personally and build rapport with the teachers, children, and their families at Palo Alto. Grace is thrilled to be a part of the organization’s missions and values to help elevate supporting children, teachers, and families as a leader at Learning Links Palo Alto. As a bonus, her son attends preschool at Learning Links and she can watch him grow daily.
