Hi, I’m Julie! I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families, with much of my professional background focused on early childhood development. Throughout my career, I have served as a teacher, curriculum coordinator, and Early Education Center Director, supporting children from infancy through adolescence.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from San Francisco State University and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Together, these experiences have shaped my relationship-based, family-centered approach to supporting children and their caregivers. I believe that understanding a child’s strengths, interests, and relationships is an important part of creating meaningful support and fostering growth.

Throughout my career, I have supported children with diverse developmental, behavioral, and learning needs and have partnered with families as they navigated developmental concerns, evaluations, and services. As an educator and leader, I have also mentored teachers in developing inclusive practices and responsive strategies to support children with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and sensory needs. I value partnering closely with families, honoring their expertise, and working together to build on each child’s strengths. I speak English fluently and understand conversational Tagalog, as well as some basic Spanish.
