Karen joined AbilityPath in 2019, bringing a strong background in marketing, sales, fundraising, and advocacy. She holds a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Cal Poly and is a nonprofit marketing and communications leader with expertise in fundraising communications, donor engagement, storytelling, and digital strategy for mission-driven organizations.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time on the Coast with her partner, exploring the outdoors, and riding and caring for her horse.
