Culture and Learning Manager
Keara Sternberg is the Culture and Learning Manager at AbilityPath. Throughout the last few years, she has served as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Specialist at Harvard Medical School and Equity and Inclusion Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and currently works as a Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) consultant with Tosha CC to facilitate learning labs and DEI trainings for internal staff and external clients. A previous higher education and student affairs professional, Keara has turned her JEDI passions into practice through intergroup dialogue (IGD) facilitation, instructional design, and professional development workshops and trainings for student affinity organizations, youth leaders, corporate clients, educators, local organizations and hiring managers. A Southeast Asian, queer, first-generation adoptivist (adoptee activist), they work closely with community members and colleagues to co-create humxnized spaces of mutual accountability and growth – choosing to lead from a “heart space” and honoring people’s ongoing capacity for transformative justice in action. Someone deeply committed to change and healing, Keara enjoys cultivating joy and sharing space with other creatives and folx who appreciate introspective reflection, astrology, great food and lifelong learning.
