Help Me Grow Call Center Manager
Sonia joined AbilityPath in 2018 as the Help Me Grow Call Center Manager to assist with the call center launch and Help Me Grow system in San Mateo County. In the past year, Sonia has taken on the role of overseeing AbilityPath’s Family Resource Center and together with the Help Me Grow team, the entire Family Support Services team offers families and providers with the information, resources, systems navigation and support needed. Sonia has been serving families of children with different abilities and the providers who serve them for over 20 years. She is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee at AbilityPath and is passionate about family centered care based off of a DEI lens with the goal of developing DEI systems, protocols and procedures to ensure equitable outcomes are achieved for the families we serve.
In her spare time, she enjoys taking long walks outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants and practicing gentle yoga.
