CollegePath
Community AccessCollegePath is an AbilityPath program available at both College of San Mateo and Skyline College. We provide individualized support for students with developmental disabilities who are looking to continue their education beyond high school. Designed to maximize choice and flexibility, CollegePath instructors provide resources and tailored support for students at all ages and stages who are navigating the college experience. Study skills, vocational skills, and social skills are developed through integrated college classes and support from out instructors on navigating the ever-changing collegiate social environment. CollegePath is ideal for individuals who are ready to engage in college life!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certificate of Completion, GED or High School Diploma
- Motivation and desire to take part in a robust college experience
- Can read and write with minimal assistance
- Ability to complete coursework with minimal to moderate assistance
- Can navigate campus map and adhere to class schedule with minimal assistance
- Utilizes functional safety awareness
