Community Connections and Adult Day Program
Community-Based Day ProgramsCommunity Connections and Adult Day Program provides individuals with rich learning experiences in the community or at our campus in Palo Alto. With an average ratio of one staff to four participants, the program focuses on developing skills for active living and engagement in the community. Outings and on-site curriculum can include:
