Stroke Awareness and Recovery

We are excited to announce that the Stroke Awareness Foundation as of July 1, 2026, has officially joined AbilityPath and is now Stroke Awareness & Recovery by AbilityPath. Together, we now provide a more complete continuum of care for stroke survivors and their families—from prevention and early recognition through emergency response, rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term support.
